There is more than one way to use Mumtaz chicken fry mix.

 Here's an easy cooking tip:

1. Boil Chicken: 10-15 Minutes
2. Drain water using a colander or sieve.
3. Run cold water over the chicken to let the excess water drain out.
4. Whisk a few eggs depending on how much chicken you use.
5. Dip your chicken in the egg and coat in Mumtaz Tandoori Chicken fry mix.
6. Deep fry until golden brown and fully cooked
