  • How to Use

    There is more than one way to use Mumtaz Butter Chicken Masala Spice Mix

     Here’s an easy cooking tip for 500g of Chicken.

    1. Melt 100g butter in a pan over medium heat. Add 250g of tomato pulp and 2 tablespoons of garlic & ginger paste. Cook for around 5-7 minutes.
    2. Add 500g chicken breast into the pan along with 2 tablespoons of Mumtaz Butter Chicken Masala Spice Mix and add salt and chilli powder to taste. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes, ensuring the spices are slightly cooked.
    3. Pour 200ml of water into the pan, mix well, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and simmer gently for 15-20 minutes. Stir occasionally until the butter rises and the chicken is fully cooked, then add 100-150ml of fresh single cream to the pan. Cook briefly until the desired consistency is reached.
    4. Serve hot with naan, chapati, or rice, and enjoy your perfect homemade Mumtaz Butter Chicken.

    Note: Adjust the cream quantity according to your preference for richness and consistency.
