  • How to Use

    This 175g of Mumtaz Chapli Kebab Mix is sufficient for 1.5kg of minced meat

    Cooking Instructions:

    1. For 500g of minced meat, add 50g of Mumtaz Chapli Kebab Mix, 150g of finely chopped onions and finely chopped or crushed fresh green chillies to taste.
    2. Mix well and kneed for 5-7 minutes, then leave to rest for a further 10 minutes or longer for better results.
    3. Wet your hands and form round balls, then gently flatten with your palms to form a round kebab.
    4. Heat oil, then deep or shallow fry until your kebabs are fully cooked, then enjoy the perfect Mumtaz Chapli Kebab at home.

    Note: Adjust the spice level according to your preference by increasing or decreasing the amount of Mumtaz Chapli Kebab Seasoning Mix.
