Ingredients: 

Mumtaz Spice Mix, Cold Pressed Vegetable Oil, Spirit Vinegar, Garlic Puree, Tomato Puree, Ginger Puree, Himalayan Pink Salt, Coriander, Chilli Puree, Paprika, Bell Peppers, Cracked Coriander Seeds.

Store in a cool dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 4 weeks.

1. Stir the bucket well and pour over Meat or Vegetable of your choice. This bucket is sufficient for 17.5kg of your preferred protein or vegetables.
2. Mumtaz marinades are easy to use, you don't have to add anything to them, and by all means you can personalise to your own taste by adding other ingredients.
3. Marinade then refrigerate for 15 minutes or longer for best results. 

This Marinade is so easy going, it gets on with everything.

As you may know, salt, chilli and spices are the most prominent ingredients in South Asian Cooking, if you like your Marinade to be slightly milder in taste and want to tone the salt level down. We recommend you add some mild yoghurt to the Marinade before marinating.
