There is more than one way to use Mumtaz Chicken fry mix.

 Here's an easy cooking tip:

1. Boil the chicken for about 5-7 Minutes, then drain the hot water out using a colander or a sieve then run cold water over the chicken and let excess water drain out.
2. Whisk a few eggs depending on how much chicken you use.
3. Dip your chicken into the egg then coat in our Mumtaz Original chicken fry mix and deep fry until golden brown and the chicken is fully cooked then Enjoy!!!
