1) Each 500g marinade bottle is sufficient for 3.5kg of your preferred protein or vegetables.
2) Mumtaz marinades are easy to use, you don't have to add anything to them, and by all means, you can personalise them to your own taste by adding other ingredients.
3) Marinade, then refrigerate for 15 minutes or longer for best results, then BBQ, Grill, Roast, Stir or Air fry...
If you like your marinade to be slightly milder in taste and want to tone the salt level down. We recommend you add some mild yoghurt to the marinade before marinating.
