  • How to Use

    TO MAKE THE DOUGH

    1. Add suitable quantity of warm water to the flour and add salt to taste if preferred.
    2. Mix well and knead for 5-7 Minutes. Cover and let it rest for 5-10 Minutes
    3. Make small balls from the dough, dust with some of our gluten free flour to avoid sticking to rolling pin and surface
    4. Cook it on a hot frying pan or a Tawa. When the chapatti is half cooked from both sides then put it on direct flame for puffing.
    5. FOR BEST RESULTS Add 1 tablespoon of yogurt and 1 Teaspoon of any oil of your choice to 250g of our flour.
