There is more than one way to use our Mumtaz Butter Chicken Masala Spice Mix

 Here’s an easy cooking tip.

1) Get 100g Butter, 250g of Tomato Pulp, add 1 tablespoon Garlic and 1 tablespoon Ginger altogether in one pan and cook for around 10 minutes on medium heat.

2) Then add 500g of Chicken Cubes and add 2 tablespoons of Mumtaz Butter Chicken Masala (Please add Salt and Chilli powder to taste) and one cup of water. Bring to boil and then simmer for 10 minutes, add more water if Chicken is not cooked.

3) Check if the Chicken is cooked and the Butter has risen.

4)  Add Single Cream and cook for few minutes then enjoy a perfect Mumtaz Butter Chicken at home.
