  • How to Use

    There is more than one way to use our Kashmiri Basaar Mix
     Here’s an easy cooking tip:


     1) 
    Heat 100 ml of oil and add 2 medium sized finely chopped 
    onion, then fry until golden brown.

    2) Add 2 tablespoons of ginger and garlic paste, then fry for 1 minute.

    3) Now add 2 tablespoons of Basaar and add a little water( mix well ). Add 3-4 fresh tomatoes or 1 tin of tomatoes and cook for a few minutes.

    4) Add 1kg of meat, chicken (on or off the bone ) or vegetables, mix well and cook for a few minutes, add around 200ml of water, then add salt to taste , mix well and bring to boil, then cover with lid and simmer gently for 20-25 minutes, stir occasionally. (may require more water for red meat).

    5) Once the oil has risen, garnish with fresh coriander and enjoy a perfect Mumtaz curry at home.
