  • How to Use

    Cooking Instructions.

    1) Score skinless fish of your choice and coat with as much marinade as you prefer, ensuring the fish is fully coated.

    2) Leave to stand for at-least 20 minutes or longer for best result, to allow the flavours to fully develop.

    3) Heat oil in a deep fryer or a large pan to allow the marinated fish to be fully submerged in the oil at a medium temperature up-to 175 degrees. 

    4)  Cook until golden brown, Ensuring that the fish is fully cooked. 

    5)  Remove and place on absorbent paper to absorb excess oil and then enjoy a perfect Mumtaz masala fish at home.
