Cooking Instructions.
1) For 500g of Minced Meat, add 40g of Mumtaz Seekh kebab Mix, 150g of finely chopped onions and finely chopped fresh green Chillies to taste.
2) Mix together well and kneed for 5-7 minutes, then leave to rest for a further 10 minutes or longer for better results.
3) Wet your hand and form a round ball with the mince, then thread mince through the skewers and flatten the mince around the skewer with a wet hand forming a long kebab.
4) To Cook BBQ,Grill or use Gas Oven then enjoy the perfect Mumtaz Seekh kebab at Home.
This 250g of seekh kebab mix is sufficient for 3kg of minced meat
