  • How to Use

    2.5KG MUMTAZ GLUTEN & WHEAT FREE CHAPATTI FLOUR IS SUFFICIENT FOR 35 MEDIUM SIZE CHAPATTIS

    TO MAKE 500G DOUGH

    1. To 500g flour, add 250ml of warm water, 2 tablespoons of yoghurt, 2 tablespoons of any oil you prefer, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt or (salt to taste).
    2. Mix well and knead the dough for 5-7 minutes. Cover and let it rest for 10-15 minutes or longer for a better result.
    3. Make small balls from the dough and dust them with some of our gluten-free flour to avoid sticking to the rolling pin and surface
    4. Cook it on a hot frying pan or a Tawa. When the chapatti is half cooked from both sides, put it on direct flame for puffing.
