There is more than one way to use Mumtaz Chicken Fry Mix.

 Here's an easy cooking tip:

Wash and pat dry the chicken. Whisk 1–2 eggs in a bowl. Dip the chicken into the egg, then coat it evenly with Mumtaz Fry Mix. Let it rest for 5–10 minutes to help the coating set.

• Deep Fry – 170°C for 8–12 mins (until golden, 74°C inside).
• Oven Bake – 200°C (fan 180°C) for 25–30 mins, turn halfway.
• Air Fry – 190°C for 18–22 mins, lightly oil and turn halfway
