Store in a cool dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 4 weeks.

1) This 500g marinade is sufficient for 2kg of your preferred protein or vegetables.

2) Mumtaz marinades are easy to use, you don't have to add anything to them, and by all means you can personalise to your own taste by adding other ingredients.

3) Marinade then refrigerate for 15 minutes or longer for best results then BBQ,Grill,Roast,Stir fry or Air fry.

As you may know, salt, chilli and spices are the most prominent ingredients in South Asian Cooking, if you like your Marinade to be slightly milder in taste and want to tone the salt level down. We recommend you add some mild yogurt to the Marinade before marinating.
