Mumtaz Spice Mix, Cold Pressed Vegetable Oil, Spirit Vinegar, Garlic Puree, Tomato Puree, Ginger Puree, Himalayan Pink Salt, Coriander, Chilli Puree.

Store in a cool dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 4 weeks.

1) This 500g marinade is sufficient for 3.5kg of your preferred protein or vegetables.

2) Mumtaz marinades are easy to use, you don't have to add anything to them, and by all means you can personalise to your own taste by adding other ingredients.

3) Marinade then refrigerate for 15 minutes or longer for best results then BBQ, Grill, Roast, Stir or Air fry... 

As you may know, salt, chilli and spices are the most prominent ingredients in South Asian Cooking, if you like your Marinade to be slightly milder in taste and want to tone the salt level down. We recommend you add some mild yoghurt to the Marinade before marinating.
