I don't know how Mumtaz achieves this in a factory, but this lassi is better than any I've ordered at a restaurant ... and better than when I've attempted to make it using fresh mangoes at home. Utterly delicious. My only complaint is that they don't sell my favourite, plain seeet lassi, online ... which makes it pretty impossible for me to get hold of!
