Mumtaz Onion Bhaji & Pakora Mix - 1.5kg

There is more than one way to use our Mumtaz Traditional Pakora & Onion Bhaji Mix, here's an easy cooking tip.

1. Slice 500 grams of assorted vegetables into small pieces according to your preference, such as Potatoes, Onions, Cauliflower, and Spinach
2. Add 375g of Mumtaz Pakora Mix with vegetables and around 250ml of water then give it a good mix for about 5 minutes. Then let the mix rest for 10-15 minutes. 
3. Heat the oil to 180°C in a deep fat fryer. Then form small balls by hand or spoon and place them in oil. Cook until golden brown and vegetables are fully cooked. Drain oil and enjoy perfect Mumtaz Pakoras at home.
