  • How to Use

    There is more than one way to use Mumtaz Sabzi Masala Spice Mix

     Here’s an easy cooking tip for 500g of Mixed Vegetables.

    1. Heat 100ml cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add 2 medium-sized, finely chopped onions, and fry until golden brown.
    2. Add 2 tablespoons of garlic & ginger paste, fry for 1 minute, then add 3-4 chopped tomatoes or 1 tin of tomatoes. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the tomatoes soften.
    3. Add 500g of mixed vegetables into the pan along with 3 tablespoons of Mumtaz Sabzi Masala Spice Mix and add salt to taste. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes, ensuring the spices are slightly cooked.
    4. Pour 100ml of water into the pan, mix well, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and simmer gently for 10-15 minutes. Stir occasionally until the oil rises, the sabzi is fully cooked, and the desired consistency is reached.
    5. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander. Serve hot with naan, chapati, or rice, and enjoy your perfect homemade Mumtaz Sabzi Masala.

    Note: Adjust the spice level according to your preference by increasing or decreasing the amount of Mumtaz Sabzi Masala Spice Mix.
