  • How to Use

    There is more than one way to use Mumtaz Biryani Mix

    Here’s an easy cooking tip.

    125g of Mumtaz Biryani mix is sufficient for 1.5kg of protein

    1. Heat 150g oil, fry 2 medium-sized sliced onions until golden, then add 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste.
    2. Add 1.5kg meat or vegetables along with 125g Mumtaz Biryani Mix, and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
    3. Stir in 3 tbsp yoghurt then add 150ml water. Cook for 20-25 mins on low heat until oil separates and your protein is fully cooked.
    4. Wash 750g rice, cook 90%, drain starch water.
    5. Layer rice and cooked protein, cover, and cook on low for 10-15 mins. Garnish with Mumtaz crispy onions and coriander and enjoy a perfect Mumtaz Sindhi Biryani At Home.
