  • How to Use

    There is more than one way to use Mumtaz Sindhi Biryani Spice Mix

    175g of Mumtaz Sindhi Biryani mix is sufficient for 2kg of protein

    Here’s an easy cooking tip for 2kg of protein:

    1. Heat 200g of cooking oil in a large pot. Fry 4 finely sliced onions until golden brown.
    2. Add 3 tablespoons of garlic & ginger paste, fry for 1 minute, then add 4-5 chopped tomatoes or 1 tin of tomatoes. Cook until softened.
    3. Add 2kg of meat, chicken, or vegetables along with 175g of Mumtaz Sindhi Biryani Mix and add salt to taste. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
    4. Stir in 3 tablespoons of yoghurt and cook for a few minutes.
    5. Pour 250ml water into the pot, bring to a boil, and then simmer covered for 30-35 minutes, stir occasionally, until the protein is fully cooked.
    6. Wash 1kg of basmati rice. Cook it until 90% cooked, then drain the starch water out.
    7. Layer partially cooked rice and cooked protein in a pot evenly.
    8. Cover and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes, then garnish with Mumtaz crispy onions and chopped coriander. Enjoy your perfect homemade Mumtaz Sindhi Biryani!

    Note: Adjust the spice level according to your preference by increasing or decreasing the amount of Mumtaz Sindhi Biryani Spice Mix.
