There is more than one way to use Tandoori Masala Marinade Rub

Here’s an easy cooking tip for 4 pieces of chicken legs, breasts, or 8 drumsticks:

1. Mix 50g Mumtaz Tandoori Masala, 2 tablespoons of yoghurt, and 6 tablespoons of oil of your choice.
2. Score your chicken to marinate well.
3. Leave it to rest for 30 minutes or longer for better results.
4. Choose your cooking method: BBQ, Grill, Roast, Fry, or Air-fry.
5. Cook until your protein is fully cooked, then enjoy the perfect Mumtaz Tandoori at home.
